Assessment Service was started in 2013 and focuses on providing quality psychometric assessment services to clients. The philosophy that I as a practitioner follows is to uphold ethical principles in all my professional activities and to value each individual and company as a unique entity with unique needs.
The values upheld at Assessment Service are underpinned by KINDNESS. This includes practicing with kindness, compassion, and empathy towards clients, colleagues, and the community. However, kindness does not automatically translate to competence and ethical behaviour. Therefore, in all our dealings we strive for the following:

Non-judgment entails approaching others with acceptance and understanding, refraining from passing judgment or criticism. Lastly, dedication shows that we are committed and dedicated to helping clients achieve their goals and overcome challenges.
Annemarie has been a registered Psychometrist in independent practice (PMT 0086045) with the HPCSA since 2010. She experience in both private corporations and public institution assessment practices, managing the complete end-to-end assessment processes. Annemarie is passionate about finding the best fit between individuals and their work context.
