Occupational Interest Profile ( OIP )

The OIP is a career guidance measure that provides insight on an individual’s interests and work needs. The OIP is valuable for school leavers or young adults who would like to gain better understanding of possible career choices based on their personality interests.

Career Interest Profile ( CIP )

The CIP follows a narrative approach for young adults in exploring their interests and what career they may be suited for. It may be quite valuable for individuals who has not had a wide exposure to the world of career, or those who have limited understanding of their own interests.

Cut-e VIEWS

The Views questionnaire provides insight on an individual’s values, motives and interests. The model used by the Views questionnaire consists of 18 values and is relevant to the person’s occupational context.

Self-Directed Search ( SDS )

The SDS is an interest questionnaire based on Holland’s six types theory. The SDS can be used for school leavers and young adults in order to explore their occupational interests.

Learning Style Inventory ( LSI )

The LSI is designed to measure an individual’s strengths and weaknesses as a learner and is based on Kolb’s experiential learning theory. This can be useful for school leavers or youth adults when deciding on further studies.

Values and Motives Inventory ( VMI )

The VMI provides insight on the constructs relevant to motivation and satisfaction at work. It measures occupational values under the categories of Interpersonal, Extrinsic, and Intrinsic values. The VMI is used for personal development and team building.
