Fifteen Factor 15FQ+
The 15FQ+ is a personality questionnaire based on Cattel’s 16 primary personality constructs, and the big five personality traits (McCrea & Costa, 1987). The 15FQ+ provides insights into how an individual typically think, feel and interact with others. The information provided also includes team role type, leadership styles, and influencing styles.
Occupational Personality Profile (OPPro)
The OPPro measures an individual’s preferences and inclinations over nine personality dimensions. The South African version has been specifically adapted and simplified to our context and the report includes interpersonal style, thinking styles, coping style, leadership style and team role types.
WAVE
The WAVE questionnaire provides insight on a person’s personality, talent, motives, competencies and preferred culture. It is a dynamic measure that can be applied for selection, development, succession planning, and coaching.
Cut-e SHAPES
The Shapes assessment provides detailed insight of an individual’s competencies. It is based on a personality model comprised of 18 personality dimensions. Shapes can be applied in situations for selection, development and team building.
Occupational Personality Questionnaire ( OPQ )
The OPQ measures workplace behavioural styles and gives insights on 32 personality traits relevant to the occupational context. This measure is often used to predict person-role fit.
Finding Potential Personality
The Finding Potential questionnaire are based on the big five personality model and is valuable for gaining a better understanding of an individual’s behavioural preferences and inclinations in the work environment.
Emotional Quotient Inventory ( EQi 2.0 )
The EQi 2.0 is a self-report emotional intelligence measure that provides insight into an individual’s emotional and social strengths and weaknesses. The EQi 2.0 can used for personal, professional and leadership development, and selection.
Multidimensional Emotional Intelligent Quotient ( MEIQ – R7 )
The MEIQ – R7 assesses a person’s capacity to recognize emotions, understand motives, using emotional information, and managing self and other’s feelings. This measure consists of a combination of self-report and ability components for emotional intelligence. The MEIQ can be used for development and coaching purposes.
Trait Emotional Intelligence Questionnaire ( TEIQue )
The TEIQue is a work-based emotional intelligence measure that gives insight into how a person understands, manages, interprets and deal with emotions. This self report measure is used for purposes of selection, engagement, and development of employees.

The Giotto is a work-based personality type questionnaire that provides insight on a person’s integrity across seven dimensions. This measure is used for selection, promotion, appraisal, and development.
